Tai Chi QiGong
Tai Chi and Qigong is practiced all over the world by men and women alike as a somatic mind/body/spirit discipline for optimal health. With regular practice Tai Chi can reduce stress, increases flexibility, improve muscle strength and increase energy, stamina and agility. For people of all ages and levels, practicing Tai Chi regularly can reduce anxiety, depression and improve overall balance and coordination. It is comprised of a series of body positions and movements developed to help relax the body and calm the mind through breath control, physical exercise and meditation. Breath work is included in all of our classes to allow deeper healing to take place. Students leave yoga class feeling restored, energized, calm and balanced. Different styles and levels of yoga are offered to meet the varying needs of clients. Special workshops are also periodically offered to deepen one's practice. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcomed in our classes.
